Your client portal stores the information needed to run your order — your name, email, and phone number, plus proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, files, and messages tied to your account.
How we use it
We use it to prepare your proposals and contracts, process payments, share your files, and communicate with you about your order. We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this business — our database and hosting provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), our file storage (Cloudflare), and our email provider (Resend) — each of which processes data only as needed to provide those services.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Cookies
This portal uses only the minimal cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
