This portal is for Maguni Floral's clients to view their proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, files, and messages. Keep your login credentials private, and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.
Proposals & contracts
Your order is only confirmed once a proposal has been accepted, a contract signed, and a retainer received. The specific terms of your event — pricing, scope, cancellation policy, and payment schedule — are set out in that signed contract.
Payments
Payments made through this portal are processed by Stripe. Retainers and installments are due by the dates shown on your invoice; reach out if you need to adjust a payment date.
Files
Files we share with you through the portal remain available for a limited time after upload. Please download anything you'd like to keep.
No warranty
We do our best to keep this portal accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal means you accept the current version.
